Overview: Sentara Healthcare is currently hiring for an RN Unit Coordinator to join the 2S Oncology Team at Virginia Beach General Hospital.

Hours/Shift: FT (36hrs) - Days Department/Position Overview: 2 South Oncology at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is a 26-bed unit that takes pride in providing exceptional, quality care. Job Description:

Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service. Requirements

: BSN required 18 months RN experience in an acute care setting Oncology experience preferred

The base pay range for full-time employment is $47.42 - $68.63 hourly.
