• Additional Info: Primary Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for gastroenterology patients across UHealth locations and Jackson Memorial Hospital (approximately 8 half-day sessions per week)- Perform outpatient clinical care and endoscopic procedures- Participate in inpatient rounding and teaching at UHealth Tower and Jackson Memorial HospitalCall Schedule:- Shared, supportive call structure with rotation among providers- Approximately 2 weekdays per month or 1 full weekend- Holiday call is equitably distributedAdditional Opportunities:- Engage in and initiate clinical research initiatives- Teach and mentor residents and fellows within an academic environmentQualifications:- Open to new graduates- Preferred experience in managing Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis- Experience with GI ultrasound and immunotherapy management is highly desirable
