This is an outstanding opportunity for talented associates to work within a highly regarded investment funds practice, advising leading private equity sponsors, investment managers, institutional investors, and other market participants on the formation, structuring, and operation of sophisticated investment funds. About the Firm The firm is widely recognized for its sophisticated transactional practices, strong market reputation, and ability to advise on complex, high-profile matters for an impressive client base. Its investment funds team is distinguished by its technical excellence, commercial approach, and deep understanding of the alternative investments market. Requirements JD from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the New York Bar, or eligibility for admission. Approximately 1–4 years of relevant legal experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm with a strong investment funds or private funds practice. Experience advising on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate, or other alternative investment strategies.
