What We Offer:

• Weekly Pay: $2,500–$3,500 (Top performers consistently at the higher end).
• Pay Structure: 28–30% of load gross (as rates rise, your pay rises too!).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience (verifiable).
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• NO SAP.
• NO CALIFORNIA CDLS.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-A reefer truck.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections.
• Secure and transport freight safely & efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
