Patient Access Representative

We are seeking a Patient Access Specialist to ensure accurate and timely patient access while delivering a positive financial experience. Responsibilities include: registering patients, verifying insurance and benefits, obtaining authorizations, and collecting or estimating patient responsibility at or before the point of service. Utilize EHR and revenue cycle systems to ensure clean claims and proper documentation. Educate patients on financial options and resolve access issues efficiently. Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle staff to improve patient access, reduce denials, and support hospital performance. Qualifications and skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of insurance verification, authorization processes, and revenue cycle systems are essential.
