EESOH-MIS User Support Specialist

Opportunity We are seeking an EESOH-MIS User Support Specialist to translate user needs into software requirements, guide development of enterprise platforms, and provide user‑focused support for Air Force environmental systems. Responsibilities Translate user needs into system requirements and assist with requirements capture. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop transformative system solutions. Provide user‑focused support to resolve in‑system issues and offer training assistance or escalated support. Support the implementation of new technologies to improve DAF environmental management. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Air Force environmental system or process support. Experience providing guidance on enterprise systems to DoW personnel. Knowledge of EESOH-MIS system. Ability to develop and maintain user‑focused training materials. Ability to provide user‑focused support and resolve in‑system issues, including escalation of system and training gaps. Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain). Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field. Nice to Have Experience with system testing, including drafting and execution of test scripts. Ability to work on a dispersed team. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. Clearance Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is required. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of the total compensation package.
