HVAC / VRF Installer – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Lake Dallas, TX
Pay: $28.00–$48.00+/hour (Based on Experience)

Immediate openings for Certified HVAC/VRF Installers . We're looking for experienced installers who can safely and efficiently install VRF systems while working independently or as part of a crew.

Job Duties:

Install VRF/VRV indoor and outdoor units
Run refrigerant piping, drain lines, and electrical connections
Read blueprints and installation drawings
Pressure test, evacuate, charge, and start up systems (based on experience)
Troubleshoot installation issues
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean

Pay Based on Experience:

$28–$32/hr: HVAC Installer with some VRF experience
$32–$38/hr: Experienced VRF Installer
$38–$48+/hr: Lead Installer / Startup Experience

Requirements:

HVAC/VRF Certification (Required)
