Operations Supervisor - Eastham

GAC UK is looking for candidates for the role of Operations Supervisor within our Marine and Terminal Services (MATS) team to be based in Eastham. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and managing priorities to ensure efficient delivery of service Manage staffing levels through effective rostering and workforce planning to meet operational demands Train and develop team members to deliver high performance and meet operational objectives Complete site training to enable operational cover when required Maintain safe and compliant operations through completion of audits, competency checks and risk assessments Act as a key customer contact and contribute to business development activities to expand customer base Qualifications Minimum of 3 years service within Marine and Terminal Services related work OOW and STCW qualifications are desirable but not essential NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely and Appointed Person certification is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively prioritise workload Proven ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team Benefits 38 days’ annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) plus a day off on your birthday Access to Vitality at Work Scheme Company pension Life assurance Employee assistance programme Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
