Registered Nurse Opportunity in Mauston, WI

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, professional nursing care tailored to meet the individual needs of patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care, adjusting to changes in assignments and patient conditions as necessary.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized patient care.
• Develop and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
• Respond effectively to life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within one month of hire.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
