Horario: Lunes a viernes | 5:30 a. m. – 2:00 p. m.
Openwork está contratando Operarios(as) de Producción para un fabricante de productos de empaque en crecimiento ubicado en Houston, TX.
En este puesto, usted apoyará las operaciones de producción realizando tareas de ensamblaje, empaque, inspección y preparación de productos para su envío, mientras mantiene un ambiente de trabajo seguro y organizado.
El candidato ideal es responsable, confiable, orientado a los detalles y disfruta trabajar en un ambiente de manufactura dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
Responsabilidades- Ensamblar, empacar y etiquetar productos de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo.
- Inspeccionar los productos terminados para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
- Cargar, descargar y trasladar materiales dentro del área de producción.
- Mantener las estaciones de trabajo limpias, organizadas y abastecidas con los materiales necesarios.
- Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad, políticas de la empresa y estándares de producción.
- Apoyar con tareas generales de producción y almacén según sea necesario.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en manufactura, producción o almacén, pero no es indispensable .
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse y realizar tareas repetitivas durante todo el turno.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras .
- Gran atención a los detalles y compromiso con la calidad.
- Asistencia confiable y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
