Programs Administrator

Job Purpose:

The Programs Administrator will ensure completion of tactical goals for both contracts and claims while identifying potential obstacles or needed improvements.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in claims and contract administration, proactively address operational challenges with department leadership, and act as a trusted resource to support and guide fellow employees.
• Accurately establish and maintain executed FlightReady contracts in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring contract data integrity, timely processing, and alignment with contractual terms and business requirements. Work with customers to collect monthly reporting of hours and cycles.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance knowledge, maintain process consistency, and support continuous improvement. Support the establishment of best practices and maintaining OMS procedures.
• Provide back-up support for contract billing administrator(s)

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

• High School/ Trade School/ Transferrable Work Experience
• Five years of contracts experience
• Five years of SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Office experience
• Five plus years of customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities Other Job-Specific Skills Strong understanding of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce

Working Conditions

Office environment with extended periods of sitting. Perform OT, as required. Light lifting less than 25 lbs.
