This person is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from project initiation through delivery. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery. Proactively manage assigned projects to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks, and resolving conflicts. Create initial project budget and seek funding approval following the company's capital funding process. Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders, and customer relationships. Participate with management and other PMs in establishing best practices in project management methods and tools. Required Skills/ Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10+ years of experience as Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in Merger & Acquisition Strong recent experience in Banking/ Financial domain. Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices. PMP and SCM certification a plus. Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain customer relationships. Demonstrated skills with project management tools. MS Office, expertise with Excel, Visio. Demonstrated expertise with various industry PM methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Strong leadership skills. Excellent analytical and technical skills.
