Sourcing Associate

The Science Team at Pride Health supporting the Medical Devices Organization that has an opening for Sourcing Associate that is 100% Remote.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Associate to support procurement and supplier compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and maintaining supplier material compliance data while ensuring information is accurate, complete, and ready for internal systems. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience working with suppliers, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extensions
Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour

Required Qualifications

• Conduct supplier outreach to collect material compliance information.
• Distribute supplier questionnaires, forms, and submission instructions.
• Track supplier responses, follow-ups, and completion deadlines.
• Review supplier submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve missing or incomplete information.
• Prepare and validate supplier data for upload into internal systems.
• Support periodic updates of supplier compliance records and audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier data collection processes and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure high data quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with supplier outreach, supplier compliance, procurement support, or supplier data collection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and data validation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or supplier management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or compliance functions.
• Knowledge of supplier compliance documentation or regulatory data collection processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline administrative processes.
