Performs maintenance service and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Provides excellent customer service when working with patients, visitors and other staff members. Works under minimal supervision.
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Trade/Technical School, preferred.
- Two to Four years general maintenance experience required.
- Strong communication skills: ability to read, write and speak English.
- Basic computer skills.
