East Texas (Gilmer to Waskom and surrounding areas)
$15–$20+/hour average after training | Full-time | No nights or weekends

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes following our proven systems and checklists
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work clients notice and trust
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
• Work solo or with a small team depending on the day's schedule
• Use our mobile app to clock in/out and view assignments

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude — this isn't optional
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone
• Someone trustworthy — you'll be in clients' homes, often alone
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stay on your feet all day
• Cleaning experience is a plus — we provide full paid training either way
