Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active North Carolina SLP license
• Possess Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to create clear documentation and individualized plans for students
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and maintain accurate records
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop individualized education plans
• Provide direct and indirect support to help students achieve communication goals
• Offer guidance and intervention both individually and in group settings
