Join Our Dynamic Urology Team

Become a vital part of our full-time Urology team at a fast-paced medical center located in Richland, Washington. Collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a supportive and collegial environment.

• Participate in emergency department call duties
• Assist in the operating room as a first assistant
• Provide care in the outpatient clinic setting
• Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist responsibilities

Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule, comprising 36 hours of patient-facing time.

• Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates
• Annual salary range between $138,712 and $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
