Orthopedic Surgeon - General Orthopaedics Seneca, PAA full-time opportunity is available for a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, community-based practice supported by a large integrated healthcare system. This role offers the ability to provide comprehensive orthopedic care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong referral volume and access to advanced resources. The position emphasizes work-life balance while maintaining a busy and rewarding clinical and surgical practice.Full-time positionCall schedule: 1:3 rotationCombination of clinic, surgical, and hospital responsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditionsPerform general orthopedic surgical procedures, with optional focus on adult reconstructionProvide pre-operative and post-operative patient careCollaborate with orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers in clinic, hospital, and OR settingsUtilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordinationParticipate in shared call coverageMaintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomesContribute to practice growth and quality improvement initiativesMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency ProgramBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic SurgeryFellowship training in adult reconstruction preferred but not requiredAbility to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licenseDEA certificationOpen to experienced physicians and new graduatesStrong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
