Job Description Mobile Nurse Practitioner - up to 50% remote Orange County and the surrounding area We are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner to work throughout the Orange County area and you will be working autonomously. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients. This is a mobile role that involves visiting patients at various locations, with up to 50% of the time spent working remotely from home. Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits Salary - $150,000 - $170,000 depending on experience PTO: 10 days paid vacation, 6–7 federal holidays, and 5 sick days 401K Health insurance options Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, recognition, and prevention of adverse events, planning, and implementation. Seeing 5-8 patients per day Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development. Provides leadership in the practice location. Must function consistent with California Law. Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions, manages chronic conditions, and provides care coordination.
