Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: San Antonio, TX

About the Role:
As a CNA at Avir at Southcross, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping patients with mobility and transfers
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Providing emotional support and promoting a positive patient experience
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience or more preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with assistance when needed
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
