Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-based. You will design ethical, individualized programming and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), managing a caseload of 8‑10 clients within a one‑on‑one therapy model. Responsibilities The BCBA will: Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8‑10 clients. Review data collected during sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans. Observe staff and conduct team meetings, providing supervision and feedback. Consult with families on behavior modification concerns and treatment questions. Coordinate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support, scheduling, and general assistance. Qualifications Required: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, ethics, and regulatory laws. Proficiency in technology (Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ABA software platforms). Physical ability to stand, sit, push/pull equipment, lift up to 50 lbs., and spend extended periods crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor.
