About the Role:
Join Sharkey's MINNETONKA as a Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist, where creativity meets opportunity! We are looking for passionate professionals to provide exceptional hair care services in a fun and vibrant environment, and we are offering $1,000 signing bonus.
Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts and styling services tailored to client preferences.
Consult with clients to recommend hair care products and services.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide top-notch services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Assist in promoting salon services and retail products to enhance client experience.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic salon culture.
Requirements:
Valid cosmetology license in the state of Minnesota.
Proven experience in hair cutting and styling techniques.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
Flexibility to work weekends.
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to salon success.
Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling and client management.
