Operations Supervisor

Position Operations Supervisor Department Operations Location Arlington, TN (100% onsite) Shift 1st shift (Monday-Friday) Responsibilities Assure processes, accountability, and performance is maintained on a consistent basis in Case Pick and Replenishment Departments. Oversee the quality and expectations of vendor compliance log. Manage overall daily inbound and outbound operations of a business unit. Mentor, develop, and train staff. Troubleshoot and correct vendor compliance issues while minimizing chargebacks and providing root cause analysis and corrective feedback. Monitor and report daily goals and objectives to management such as daily workload, daily dollar, labor reports, and more. Follow routines based on established procedures. Analyze facts to determine actions based on standard practice and procedures. Make decisions based on cases not previously covered by devising new methods or modifying current procedures. Use creative efforts to make decisions on highly technical cases or involved projects with little precedent, requiring broad conceptual judgment, initiative, and evaluation of complex factors. Participate in formulating and executing divisional plans and administering policies, objectives, and programs. Participate in highly creative work on abstract research problems in highly technical areas requiring advanced knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Ability to walk and move for long distances. Ability to sit at a desk with repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to withstand warehouse settings with varying temperatures. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of supervisory and/or leadership experience. Management, presentation, project, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. Shipping/Receiving, bar code scanning experience. Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows. Ability to work overtime and weekend hours as needed. Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Manhattan WMS or Manhattan Active.
