Job Description

Full-time real estate paralegal in our Granby office. Essential functions of the position include:

Coordination of due diligence for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions including sales, purchase, refinances and leases
Prepare closing checklists and documents and coordinate the closing process
Ability to work with various lenders, realtors, clients and attorneys while multi-tasking transactions is critical
Proficiency in Microsoft products as well as software unique to the real estate market is required
Should be highly organized and able to work with little supervision
Proficiency in Soft Pro closing software is a plus.

Applicants must have a strong work ethic and possess a high degree of integrity as they manage personal financial documents and private information on individuals.
