Position will support both family medicine and urgent care. Family Medicine business hours: Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p Urgent Care business hours: Mon-Fri 8a-8p; Sat 8a-2p Position will include a rotation of nights/weekends/holidays Position Summary: Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office. What you will do: Check in/Check out Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling appointments Manage Referrals Insurance verification Other clerical functions What you need: High school graduate/ GED required Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred Highlights And Benefits Day 1 benefits, no waiting period!
