Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in a school environment
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff
- Collaborative mindset and ability to provide training or coaching to faculty and support staff
- Organizational skills for case documentation and program evaluation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs
- Design and oversee individualized interventions supporting student success
- Collect and interpret behavioral data to measure progress and refine strategies
- Train teachers, aides, and families to ensure consistency in implementing plans
- Attend IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for student supports
- Stay current with best practices and professional development relevant to school-based ABA services
