Civil Design Engineer

Job Roles And Responsibilities

Prepare grading, storm drainage, utility, sewer, as-built, and street improvement plans under the guidance of a Project Manager.

Research, interpret, and apply applicable engineering standards, codes, and zoning requirements.

Coordinate and communicate with regulatory agencies and plan reviewers.

Prepare responses to plan review comments and support project approvals.

Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

Collaborate with project teams to support successful project execution.

Maintain compliance with company standards, engineering best practices, and quality requirements.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Knowledge of applicable engineering regulations, codes, and standards.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
