We’re Hiring | Sr. Analyst – Workforce Analytics

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid – Tues & Wed onsite | Mon, Thurs & Fri remote)

⏳ Duration: 12+ months contract (extension possible based on performance)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Workforce Analytics to partner closely with HR leaders and turn complex workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making across a large enterprise.

Key Skills Required

✅ Power BI & Alteryx (must have)

✅ SQL (basic proficiency required)

✅ R, Python, or other statistical tools (hands‑on experience required)

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field

✅ Experience leading talent/workforce analytics initiatives with large datasets

✅ Strong consulting mindset with the ability to tell a compelling data story

⭐ Nice to Have

➕ HR, Workforce, or Talent Analytics experience

What You’ll Do

Perform advanced workforce, talent, and predictive analytics
Build dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations (Power BI/Tableau)
Partner with HR stakeholders to frame questions, test hypotheses, and influence decisions
Analyze and synthesize large, complex datasets into clear business insights
Support initiatives across the full talent lifecycle
