We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced Primary & Urgent Care practice in Stafford, VA.

• Physician Assistants: Prior urgent care experience is preferred but not required.
• Family Nurse Practitioners: Must have prior experience working in an urgent care or emergency care setting as well as doing procedures-not limited to clinical rotations completed during their education.

Our facility operates 7 days a week and is fully equipped with an on-site lab, in-house X-ray, and a pharmacy, allowing for comprehensive, streamlined patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program
• Active Virginia license (or eligibility in progress)
• Valid DEA certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary: $125,000–$170,000/year
