PowerZone employee recognition program. Clinicians in Action professional development program. Responsibilities Travel nationwide for 13‑week assignments and work in various settings. Assess needs, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Identify and refer other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs. Implement individualized therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in essential skills for independence and productivity. Direct activities to promote and maintain health. Supervise PT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as required. Ensure efficient delivery of rehab services, adherence to plans of care and schedules, and timely documentation. Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences, and related meetings. Make referrals and consult with rehabilitation team members. Adapt programs and plans of care per individual patient needs. Promote a safe environment and eliminate fire and safety hazards. Order and maintain supplies and equipment; report repairs. Screen, examine, evaluate patients to establish diagnosis and plan of care. Develop treatment goals and methods with patients and caregivers, implement plans, complete documentation. Apply therapeutic techniques in exercise, functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance, integumentary care, electrotherapeutic modalities, adaptive devices, etc. Train patients in mobility activities and evaluate progress. Re‑examine as needed to progress treatment plan. Perform related duties as required. Posted salary range: USD $55.00 – $70.00 per hour. Qualifications Valid PT license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, plus Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Alternatively, Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus five years progressively responsible PT experience. Available to travel to and temporarily reside in locations outside primary home. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback Rehabilitation
