Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

• Nursing home admissions and rounding
• Average patients/day: 10
• Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities
• Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine NOT required
• Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics.
