Hybrid Contract Position | Greenwood Village, Colorado What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a PMHNP who: Leads with compassion, empathy, and respect. Works with patients to develop treatment plans rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Uses sound clinical judgment while remaining flexible and patient-centered in prescribing practices. Values shared decision-making and individualized treatment. Builds trust with patients, families, therapists, primary care providers, and community referral sources. Has an established professional network and enjoys developing referral relationships. Thrives in a collaborative, supportive practice environment. Position Details Hybrid position Minimum 1 in‑office day per week in our Greenwood Village office Remaining hours may be completed via telepsychiatry (within Colorado) Independent contractor (1099) 63/37 compensation split Minimum commitment of 24 clinical hours per week Minimum Qualifications Active Colorado PMHNP license in good standing Active DEA registration Minimum one year of PMHNP experience providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Lee & Me Psychiatry team Why Lee & Me Psychiatry?
