Associate Manufacturing Operator - 2nd Shift

Second Shift Assembly Position

This is an onsite, 2nd shift position (2:00AM to 10:30PM, M-F) with a pay rate of customer bill rate not to exceed ****** Candidates must be willing to work 5-10 hours of OT/week as needed. Candidates must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays/month if production demands require it. This is truly a second shift position - please verify candidate interest in 2nd shift work prior to submitting them to the requisition.

Job description:

• Assemble products following specifications
• Ensure quality control during assembly
• Maintain production efficiency
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Report issues to supervisors
• Cross train on multiple stations
• Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.

Position Requirements:

• 05 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.

Education:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Associates degree is preferred but not required
