Our agents enjoy the support of a dedicated Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager, and Marketing Director, enabling them to focus on building client relationships, conducting home showings, and providing outstanding service. We Provide Full transaction management from contract execution to closing Professional marketing and lead generation tools Dependable administrative assistance and streamlined operational systems Ongoing training programs and a collaborative team culture A trusted local brand with over 40 years of experience in Central Massachusetts Responsibilities Generate and follow up with buyer leads Conduct buyer consultations and property showings Convert prospects into signed buyer agreements Write and negotiate offers Host open housesMaintain client relationships and provide excellent service Participate in team meetings, training, and script practice Qualifications Active Massachusetts or New Hampshire real estate license Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and self-motivated Comfortable prospecting and generating business Growth-minded and coachable Real estate experience preferred Compensation $80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly.
