MUST PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK Duties - Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. - Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods. - Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular cycle counts. - Oversee shipping & receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all outbound and inbound shipments.
