Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

About the role

As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care that helps residents feel secure, comfortable, and valued during the evening and overnight hours.

• Provide whole-person care with kindness, reassurance, and respect.

• Support residents with evening routines, personal care, comfort, and overnight needs.

• Be a dependable presence that promotes safety, dignity, and peace of mind.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and repositioning.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.

• Support evening meals, hydration, comfort measures, and bedtime or overnight routines.

• Provide companionship and gentle reassurance throughout the evening and overnight hours.

• Monitor residents and report or document changes according to policy.

• Follow infection control, safety, and community protocols.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Skills & attributes

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Calm problem-solver with strong observation skills.

• Clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team.

• Adaptable and attentive in both evening and overnight care environments.

• Interest in person-centered dementia care.

Relatable experience

• Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience.

• Evening or overnight caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful.

• Healthcare, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds welcome.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Current negative TB test.

• Background check clearance.
