We are seeking experienced, motivated Renovation Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and understand the value of completing projects efficiently without sacrificing quality.  If you're looking for a place to simply collect a paycheck, this position is definitely not the right fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment renovations from start to finish.
• Perform drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, trim work, and finish carpentry.
• Install and repair cabinets, countertops, doors, hardware, and fixtures.
• Complete plumbing and basic electrical repairs.
• Install appliances and perform punch-list items.
• Ensure each renovated apartment is completed to company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment renovation or residential maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
