Crafting compelling narratives and messaging, the full-time remote Principal Content Designer will shape content across the consumer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the purchase journey and elevate content design practices at Ethos. Key responsibilities: Own narrative and copywriting for various touchpoints in the purchase journey, ensuring clarity and emotional resonance Contribute to evolving content standards and guidelines while supporting cross-functional partners with writing and content strategy Utilize AI tools to enhance content production and share best practices with the team Required qualifications: 6+ years of content design or content strategy experience with a strong independent craft record 2+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer digital products, demonstrating measurable impact on conversion or revenue Strong storytelling skills with the ability to articulate and defend narrative choices Genuine fluency and curiosity in AI tools for content ideation and structuring prompts Comfort in using Figma and understanding regulatory constraints in the life insurance industry
