Production Lead

Production AssistantWe are looking to add a Production Assistant to our production team. Day-to-day tasks include assisting our Production Manager in maintaining the entire facility – including the Machine Center, Cabinetry, Finishing and Shipping departments.Some days you will be learning how to assembly drawer boxes or assisting with the finishing of solid surface countertops – other days you will be wrapping finished cabinetry and loading semi-trucks. There are abundant opportunities to learn from our skilled team members and expand your knowledge in the manufacturing industry.This is an entry-level position. Previous experience with tools or machinery is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn, maintain a good attendance and attitude is required.We expect our Production Assistant to have:Interest in the manufacturing/construction industryThe ability to read a tape measurePhysical ability to bend, lift, push, pull and perform repetitive motionReliable attendance and good work ethicA positive attitude and willingness to learnContinually growing your skillset, maintaining a good attendance record, taking initiative on projects, and being a team player will put you on the path to advancing to a higher-level position – including Apprentice Cabinet Assembler or Apprentice Finish Sprayer – dependent on your skills and interest.
