That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see—it's embedded in how we operate every day.We're looking for a Maintenance Manager who takes pride in owning the performance, reliability, and long-term condition of a community's physical asset.The OpportunityIn this position, you will lead all maintenance operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, units turn on time, and the property is maintained to a consistent, high standard.Key areas of focus include:Leading and developing the maintenance team to deliver consistent, high-quality performanceOverseeing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programsManaging building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliancesControlling maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignmentEnsuring compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readinessThis is a role for someone who sets a high standard for execution, holds their team accountable, and takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes.What You Bring to the TeamYou have a solid foundation in multifamily maintenance leadership, including building systems, team management, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination, with the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term asset preservation.More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
