Our client, a leading retail and service industry organization, is seeking a Secret Shopper in Vernal to join their team. As a Secret Shopper in Vernal, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting store evaluations and customer experience assessments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and strong observational skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Secret Shopper Vernal Shift: What's the Job? Conduct discreet visits to designated retail locations to evaluate customer service and store compliance. Complete detailed visit reports accurately and promptly after each store visit. Verify employee interactions and document store procedures as per provided guidelines. Ensure all visit protocols are followed, including proper card usage and reporting procedures. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all evaluations. What's Needed? Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete reports accurately. Strong observational and communication skills. Reliable transportation to visit stores within the designated area. Availability to perform visits on Wednesdays, with flexibility for scheduling. Must meet client age specifications for the role What's in it for me?
