Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees. Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction. Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit. Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations. Job Qualifications Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously. Attention to detail. Proven track record of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales volume. Long‑term stability in previous employment. Deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for being involved in the deal, beyond administrative duties.
