Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with the production and logistics teams.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and providing effective solutions.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel to track customer interactions and service metrics.
