Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate to join its Los Angeles office. Admission to the bar and good standing in the state of practice are required. Duties Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries. Participate in debt restructuring for both debtors and creditors. Structure credit investments for private credit investors. Work on leveraged buyouts and cross-border acquisitions for private equity sponsors. Engage in general corporate finance matters. Requirements 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting. Stellar academic credentials. Admission to the bar in the state of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of practice. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
