• Patient Load: Fewer than 20 patients per shift, averaging around 15 patients every 24 hours.
• In-House Call: Required for this position.
• Procedures: Experience in arthroscopy and total joint replacement is necessary, specifically for hip and knee procedures.
• Call Ratio: 1:4 with a callback rate of less than 25%.
• Admissions: Fewer than 10 admissions during a 24-hour period.
• Consultations: Phone consultations are part of the responsibilities.
