Property Valuation & Field Data Specialist

The Douglas County Assessor/Register of Deeds Office is seeking a Mid-level professional to perform property inspections, data collection and valuation updates. You will work with county staff, attorneys and the public to ensure accurate records and fair valuations. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints and contracts, updating records, and conducting field interviews.
