Program Management, Sr. Staff Manager - Air Dominance

Description Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the production capacity expansion activities for this air dominance program in Orlando, FL. What You Will Be Doing Lead the cross‑functional team responsible for coordinating infrastructure across multiple sites and suppliers to support rate ramp. Oversee day‑to‑day facilitation activities with oversight of cost, schedule, risk and opportunity across internal and subcontract scope. Coordinate with cost estimating on liquidation of investment. Communicate with program teams, program leadership, and senior leadership. Drive production rate ramp from currently funded rates to new target rate. Qualifications Active Secret clearance with an investigation within five years. Prior program management experience of sizable and complex activities. Experience leading cross‑functional teams with responsibility for quality, technical, schedule, and cost performance. Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills. Ability to work onsite full‑time. Proven program or project leadership. Excellent stakeholder relationship development. Previous production rate ramp or production management experience. Previous experience developing statements of work, program schedules, and conducting customer negotiations. Basic Qualifications MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. Ability to work onsite full‑time. Secret clearance requirement. Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen.
