Data Architect / Data Modeler
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote PST Hours | Local Hybrid Candidates Preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Data Modeler with strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and analytics platforms.
Required Skills:
✔ Deep expertise in:
- Conceptual Data Modeling
- Logical Data Modeling
- Dimensional Data Modeling
- Physical Data Modeling
✔ Strong understanding of Business Process Modeling
✔ Experience translating business requirements into scalable data structures
✔ Proven experience designing Enterprise Data Warehouses and Analytics Platforms
✔ Strong SQL skills
✔ Experience with modern Cloud Data Warehouses
✔ Experience working with SaaS Product Analytics Data
✔ Ability to identify and correct poor data modeling decisions impacting reporting and analytics
Preferred Skills:
- Amazon Redshift
- dbt (Data Build Tool)
- SaaS business experience
Work Arrangement:
- Remote candidates must work PST hours
- Seattle-area candidates available for hybrid work are preferred
