Cashier PositionThe Cashier is responsible for greeting guests, managing the proper transaction of food sales, troubleshooting and for a diverse high-volume food service operation.Position ObjectivesIn the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Duties/Function/TasksMonitors and maintains retail and display items, beverages, coffee, snacks and condiment area.Ensures that all retail and display items at their station are meeting the pre-established display standards.Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner; resolves customer concerns.Greets customers, smiles, and processes sales properly.Keeps cashier area clean, utilizing proper cleaning products and sanitation standards.Is courteous and helpful to all customer requests, seeks assistance from management or supervisors as needed.Note: Job duties are subject to change as needed.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
