Requirements

• Previous administrative, HR, recruiting, payroll, or office support experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance

Job Duties

• Provide administrative and clerical support for office and HR functions
• Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records
• Post job openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
• Assist with payroll reporting and troubleshooting employee issues
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and customer inquiries
• Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
• Assist with complaint resolution and escalate issues as needed
• Support compliance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and vendors
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

What You Will Do


As an HR Assistant you will support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, policy communication, personnel documentation, HR reporting, employee inquiries, and other human resources activities. You will maintain confidential information, coordinate with employees and managers, and help ensure HR processes are completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with company policies.

An HR Assistant supports organizational success by assisting with recruiting, employee relations, HR administration, and workforce development activities. This position combines professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail to support effective human resources operations.


The HR Assistant requires sound judgment, organizational ability, and the ability to consistently manage confidential information while supporting employees, managers, and business objectives.
